Equest was founded in 2001 in London by Managing Partners Kari Haataja and Petri Karjalainen and latterly George Krumov when the company initiated its investment operations in the South East European region.

Equest Partners provides investment advisory as well as corporate advisory services to Equest launched investment companies as well as select stock market listed companies as well as investment management services from its affiliated company Equest Capital Management.

Equest employs more than 30 professionals in its headquarters in London, as well as in offices in the South East European region in Sofia, Bulgaria, Bucharest, Romania and Belgrade, Serbia.
