The members of the EIBL Investment Committee are:

Lord Anthony St John of Bletso (Chairman), a qualified solicitor with a Masters in Maritime Law and a Crossbench Member of the House of Lords. Lord St John is currently the non executive Chairman of Estate and General and Chairman of the Governing Board of Certification International as well as a non-executive board member of a number of public listed companies. He is currently also retained as a consultant to Merrill Lynch, specialising in parliamentary liaison and emerging markets.

Yuli Stein (Member), an Investment Director with Griffin Capital Management in London with some EUR 2 billion in funds under management dedicated for Russian & Eastern European equities and one of the leading companies for the sector. Mr Stein has an MBA for Harvard Business School and was previously a fund manager with Mercury Asset Management.

James Ede-Golightly (Member), an investment manager with Ora (UK), has an MSc from Cambridge and was previously a fund manager with Merrill Lynch Asset Management in London as well as Commerzbank (UK).
