In 2004 Equest launched Equest Investments Balkans onto the Irish Stock Exchage, it has since been renamed Equest Investments Balkans and listed on the London Stock Exchange, maintaining its original listing also. In 2005 Equest launched Equest Balkan Properties plc, a London Stock Exchange listed (AIM market) company focussed on investing in commercial property in the Balkan region
