           Placing of 140,000,000 Ordinary Shares at ?1.00 per share

                  Euro Placing Proceeds and Euro Placing Price


The Company announces that the aggregate amount, in Euro, received by the
Company on its exchange from Sterling into Euro of the net proceeds of the
Placing was €198,040,226.

The Euro Placing Price, as defined in the admission document dated 9 December
2005, is €1.4735.  The Euro Placing Price will provide the reference level for
the target dividend yield of the Company and the Cumulative Shareholders
Distribution Hurdle for the Investment Manager's Performance Fee calculation.
