                     Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, Equest Balkan Properties plc ('EBP') confirms that its
issued share capital comprises 140,000,000 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each.

There are no ordinary shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in EBP is therefore 140,000,000.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the share capital of EBP under the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
